Agreement

By creating or using a connected Then account, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not create an account or use connected services. Material changes require updated notice.

The service

Then: Voice to Calendar helps users create and manage calendar events, email actions, and voice reminders from typed or spoken requests. AI outputs are proposals. You are responsible for checking dates, times, recipients, message contents, and other details before relying on or confirming an action. Then is not emergency or safety-critical advice.

AI features

AI features require a separate notice before first use. If accepted, selected requests or submitted audio and minimum relevant context may be sent securely through our backend to OpenAI. OpenAI does not directly edit calendars, send email, or contact others. Declining the notice prevents that transfer.

Accounts and connected services

Calendar, email, notifications, and other provider permissions are requested separately where needed. You are responsible for access to your account and connected providers. Permissions can be revoked through Then, the provider, or operating-system settings. Unlawful, abusive, or security-threatening use may be restricted.

Availability

The service is provided as available and can be interrupted or produce an incorrect suggestion. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by reliance on an unreviewed generated action. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
